* Between Customers and Suppliers
This little statue I received during an event about knowledge sharing within Philips. On this day I had the opportunity to present about the improvements I had initiated in cooperating with suppliers.
Cooperation is the thread in my carreer as cost and value specialist. Together with suppliers, together with developers, together with... All the different parts of organizations.
I'm always busy with teams, people with different roles and tie them together for a joint result. Cooperation and knowledge sharing, trust in each other that cooperation is better in the end for everybody. Get to the final Win-Win, and really mean it!
The experience I build up I like to share with you.
The statue (I do not know the name of the artist) expresses really wonderfully what I stand for.
